Draft, pending legal review. These terms are written in plain language for the private beta and have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
1. Who we are
GoLiveOS is operated by elsmob services, LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("we", "us"). GoLiveOS reads a project you submit, reports what is missing to put it live, and generates files and a checklist to help you ship it. By using GoLiveOS you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. The beta
GoLiveOS is in private beta. It is free during the invite-only beta. Each account can run up to 5 analyses or ideas per day (an idea you describe counts as one) (the day resets at midnight UTC), and the service as a whole has a daily limit. Features, limits and data can change or be reset at any time, and there is no service level agreement or uptime guarantee.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you submit, including archives, GitHub repositories you import and ideas you describe. You give us a limited license to store it, analyze it, send it to our model provider (a structured summary for an archive or repository, and the full text of an idea, as described in section 4) and produce your audit, launch kit and starter project, and for nothing else. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that submitting it does not break the law or anyone's rights.
4. How we handle what you submit
Your code is read, never run or installed.
The audit sends a structured summary to Anthropic, our model provider. It contains file paths, dependency names, environment variable names, and project descriptions such as README text. It does not include your source files.
An idea you describe is different: because it is only text, it is sent to Anthropic in full, and so are the plan and short descriptions we derive from it to write your starter project. Do not put personal details or secrets in an idea.
An idea you submit is stored with your project until you delete the project, and deleting the project deletes it. An idea that is refused when you submit it is never written to our database. If a later check refuses the plan we made from your idea, the idea, the plan and the generated files are removed from the project record and storage; we keep only the refusal category and your account id.
Anything we remove or delete can remain in our database backups (point-in-time recovery) for up to 30 days. Anthropic keeps what we send it, including your idea and the plan made from it, under its own retention policy, which we do not control.
We store your email address and a stable account id from sign-in.
Your original archive stays in private storage tied to your account until you delete the project, and we delete it when you delete the project (deletion can take a short while to complete).
Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare.
There is no self-service account deletion yet. To delete your account or data, email [email protected].
5. Acceptable use
We apply a policy at least as strict as our infrastructure and payment providers (including Anthropic and Stripe), which means this list can be stricter than the law. You may not submit code, ideas or projects that:
contain adult or sexually explicit (NSFW) content;
involve cannabis or other controlled substances;
facilitate gambling;
promote cryptocurrency schemes or unlicensed financial services;
harvest credentials, bypass authentication or technical access controls, or scrape private or personal data;
are exploit, intrusion or other offensive-security tools, even when they have legitimate uses;
involve human trafficking or the exploitation, abuse or endangerment of any person, including minors;
are fraudulent, deceptive, malicious (including malware) or harassing;
are otherwise illegal or infringe the rights of others.
An idea may not ask GoLiveOS to create anything on this list, however it is worded. We screen the idea, and again the plan we make from it, and we refuse either one that breaks these rules.
These are allowed: tools that collect public web data without doing any of the above, mainstream dating apps, and standard health and wellness education.
To report something that breaks these rules, email [email protected].
6. Enforcement and appeals
Submissions are screened by an automated classifier. For an archive or repository, the classifier reads the structured summary our analyzer extracts (the same kind of summary described in section 4), not your source files. For an idea, it reads the idea itself before anything is stored, and the plan made from it before any file is generated. A refused submission gets no audit, no launch kit and no starter project, its report is not saved, and we delete the uploaded archive or any generated files. We record the refusal category and your account id, and we remove the refused text, whether it was an idea or a plan, from the project record (backups and our provider are covered in section 4). We may remove content and suspend or end access at any time, and may do so without notice for repeated or serious violations.
There is no manual review queue, so decisions are automated. If you think a refusal is a mistake, email [email protected] and tell us what you submitted. We will take another look, but we do not promise a response time or a particular outcome.
7. Disclaimers and liability
GoLiveOS is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. The readiness score, audit findings and generated files are guidance. They can be incomplete or wrong, and you are responsible for reviewing them and for anything you deploy. Test generated sign-in and billing code before real users or real money depend on it.
The starter project we generate from an idea is guidance in the same way: it is made from our own reviewed templates, it is a starting point and not a finished or secure product, and you are responsible for reading it, testing it and anything you deploy with it. You own the starter project and launch kit we generate for you and may use, change and share them however you like. We grant you the templates they contain under a permissive license that lets you do so, with no warranty of any kind.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business, and our total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the greater of $50.00 USD or the amount you paid to GoLiveOS in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Governing law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, tell signed-in users in the app. Continuing to use GoLiveOS after a change means you accept it.
